All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under applicable law.
Many of our garments are garment-dyed and produced in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, print placement, and tonal appearance are normal and part of the character of the product. Colors may also appear differently depending on individual screen settings and device displays.
We strive to present products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee exact color representation across all devices or production runs. These variations are intentional characteristics of small-batch, garment-dyed apparel — not defects.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through Shopify's secure checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
All transactions are processed in US dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
We ship from North Carolina. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@carolinalake.co and we will work with you to help resolve the issue with the carrier whenever possible.
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Because our inventory is produced in small batches, we are unable to guarantee size exchanges. If your requested size is sold out, we will issue store credit or a full refund.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@carolinalake.co. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Many of our products are released in limited quantities. Once a release sells out, it's gone for the season. We make no guarantee of restocking any specific colorway, design, or size. All sales of limited release items are final once the return window has passed.
All content on carolinalake.co — including but not limited to the COASTonal™ name and system, brand marks, logos, photography, and copy — is the property of Carolina Lake Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or systems.
Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Carolina Lake Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
